These terms apply to your use of UseTheHomeAudit.com and to your purchase of The Home Audit. By using this site or buying the product, you agree to them.

The product

The Home Audit is a digital toolkit sold for a one-time payment of $39 USD. It consists of written guides, checklists, templates, scripts, and pre-written AI prompts, delivered as a download. There is no physical product, no subscription, and no ongoing service.

Educational use only

The product is educational material. It is not financial, legal, tax, insurance, or professional advice, and buying it does not create an advisor, agent, broker, or fiduciary relationship between us. See our disclaimer for the full statement.

No guaranteed results

We make no promise that using The Home Audit will reduce your bills or produce any particular financial outcome. Results depend on your policies, providers, location, circumstances, and your own decisions.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Payhip. Your download link is provided on the confirmation page and by email after payment is completed. If you do not receive it, email support@usethehomeaudit.com and we will resend it.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have a technical problem with a purchase, contact us and we will work to resolve it. See the refund policy for the full statement.

License and permitted use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Home Audit for your own household. You may print copies for personal use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the materials.
• Share your download link or files publicly or with others.
• Republish the content, in whole or in substantial part, as your own.
• Use the materials to create a competing product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the product — text, guides, checklists, prompts, templates, and design — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Third-party AI tools

The product describes how to use third-party AI assistants, including Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent. We do not control those tools, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by their providers, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, eligibility requirements, or terms — any of which the provider may change at any time. Muse in particular is available only to adults in the United States at the time of writing and is being rolled out in stages, so we cannot promise you will be able to access it. Your use of any such tool is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, lost profits, or decisions you make based on the materials.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue this site or the product at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
